Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Custom or personalized items
• Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered
• Sale items

Return Process

Initiate a Return:
Contact us at 618-635-2429 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Ship the Item:

Include Documentation: 
Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at [Your Email Address] or call 618-635-2429. We will provide instructions on how to send your item for an exchange.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the case of an exchange for a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

$10.01 to $20.00 = $8.50
$20.01 to $40.00 = $10.50
$40.01 to $75.00 = $13.50
$75.01 to $100.00 = $15.50
$100.01 and up = free shipping
